Receive deals weekly - If you see one you like, follow the instructions - deals go on a first come first serve basis, so act fast!

Confirmation - We confirm that the deal is secured and arrange a virtual call to assess the deal.

Financial Assessment - Together, we evaluate property profitability, costs and check for suitability.

Terms of sale and payment - To proceed, you will sign a terms of sale contract and pay a sourcing fee.

Finalise - You liase with the landlord or agent to sign your contract and receive your keys to begin your investment journey.
