Sourcing deals for serviced accommodation involves finding and securing properties that can be utilised for long-term rentals or short-term stays.

Rent-to-service accommodation is ideal for cashflow and allows the investor to be hands-off and 'time rich'. 

 

I work closely with investors to find the best deals for the rent-to-serviced accommodation strategy.

Here are the steps in order:

  1. Investors list - Sign up to our investors list.

  2. Receive deals weekly - If you see one you like, follow the instructions - deals go on a first come first serve basis, so act fast!

  3. Confirmation - We confirm that the deal is secured and arrange a virtual call to assess the deal.

  4. Financial Assessment - Together, we evaluate property profitability, costs and check for suitability.

  5. Terms of sale and payment - To proceed, you will sign a terms of sale contract and pay a sourcing fee.

  6. Finalise - You liase with the landlord or agent to sign your contract and receive your keys to begin your investment journey.
